At Murphs Surf, we have three locations. All locations provide rentals on lakes or rivers. In addition, We also offer retail sales that vary from Shirts and simple merchandise to extensive lines of Kayaks, Paddleboards, Ebikes, Onewheels, and outdoor equipment. Our team members are challenged with the task of providing a safe and knowledgeable service to our customers. Customer Service and safety is our top priority.

Our season runs from March until the end of October. For our rental division, our retail will operate year-round. All team members will work in or as part of our rental division.

We have two positions. Launch & retrieval/Front Desk or Bus driver. 

 The launch team handles all the rentals at our rental shack, and the front desk position carries out the task of computer work, phone calls, and retail sales and assisting the rental division.

All team members will be trained to perform both positions. Team leads or managers are chosen internally.

Starting pay is $10.00Hr with direct deposits weekly for all front desk and Launch team members. Raises are given quartley and yearly based on performance and returning team members. Team leads and managers are chosen internally.

Bus driver pay is starting at $18.00Hr with direct deposits weekly. Raises are given quartley and yearly based on performance and returning team members. Team leads and managers are chosen internally. Bus driver position minimum age is 25 years old, Clean driving records, Class C-CDL
